For a little while now Google has been offering a payment for referrals of an IE user that result in a "Firefox with Google Toolbar" installation. (that links to information about the program, not a link that would make me money).

Denver is seeing some great "infill" or development of underutilized space (parking lots) into something with a higher value (condos, retail, office, etc.).
The Denver Infill site is recording this information for lots of developments including the Piranesi Condos.

Boulder is a hippy town. They seem to have a fleet of cars for some of their city employees like for driving somewhere to do maintenance or look at something.
What kinds of cars are they? Governments need to get a good value for their money, and they need to buy cars consistent with the values of their constituents. For Boulder this means:

Firefox Flicks is starting up a new sponsorship drive to get their ads on TV. If you get in early enough and for $10 then your name will appear in the ad.
I sponsored the Daredevil add because it has such a great feeling to it. It reminds me of indulgent time spent in recreating as the sun goes down. It's the california equivalent of spending a day rock climbing in Eldorado and then coming home to a nice hot shower (and beer). And the music is pretty fun, too.

I went to the North Star Restaurant and Brewery last night and had a pretty good time. They just opened up a few months ago after having a bit of a hard time getting their licenses agreed to by the neighborhood. Congratulations to them on persevering and turning a basically dead corner property into an anchor for a small commercial strip. This area of Denver is really growing and it's great to see.
